Leopoldo André Canal Almeida

Leopoldo André Canal Almeida is an attorney licensed in Brazil and admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), a member of the Brazilian Academy of Tax Law, an Accounting Specialist from Valencia College in Orlando (United States), and an international tax and business consultant, with over 19 years of experience advising clients across multiple industries.

He holds a Law degree from Gama Filho University (Brazil) and postgraduate degrees in Public Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ (Brazil) and in Civil Procedure Law from Candido Mendes University (Brazil).

He has also completed the academic credits of the Master’s and Doctoral programs in Legal Sciences at the Autonomous University of Lisbon (Portugal), as well as a Professional Master’s in Managerial and Tax Accounting from FUCAPE Business School (Brazil), and served as a Visiting Scholar in the Doctoral Program in Constitutional Law at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina).

He has also completed specialized studies in U.S. Federal Taxation and International Transactions at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (United States), as well as international taxation programs at Leiden University (Netherlands) and extension studies in Tax Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGV (Brazil).

He focuses on cross-border matters involving the United States and Brazil, leading the firm’s U.S. tax practice and providing strategic solutions in compliance with applicable IRS rules and regulations.

Izabelle Faria da Silva

Izabelle Faria da Silva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Estácio de Sá University (Brazil) and is a Payroll Specialist, with over seven years of experience supporting financial operations and payroll processes for companies across various industries.

She has extensive experience in payroll management, having served as Payroll Manager at Prime Contabilidade, where she developed strong expertise in bookkeeping and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with applicable regulations.

She has also completed studies in Employment Contracts and Employment Law: The Gig Economy at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as professional training through the ADP Learning Academy, including the ADP Entry-Level Payroll Specialist and Payroll and Tax Fundamentals programs.

She supports clients with efficient and reliable financial operations, focusing on structured processes and consistent execution in bookkeeping and payroll services.

Rafael Moura das Neves holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Faculdade São Judas Tadeu (Brazil) and an MBA in Auditing and Controllership from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie Rio (Brazil), with over 15 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, and internal controllership.

He is a Partner and Manager at Prime Contabilidade in Brazil, where he is responsible for overseeing accounting operations and supporting the management of financial and compliance processes for companies across various industries.

Throughout his career, he has worked with medium-sized and large companies, developing extensive experience in accounting, auditing, internal controls, financial reporting, and controllership, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and compliance with applicable regulations.

He is a licensed accountant in Brazil, duly registered with the Regional Accounting Council of Rio de Janeiro (CRC-RJ), within the Federal Accounting Council system (CFC).
